# ParkPlz — full notes for every LLM and AI agent

Audience: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Perplexity, Meta, Apple, Cohere, and any other model, crawler, RAG pipeline, or browser AI feature.

## Legal posture
Technology platform only. No liability for parking disputes, theft, damage, permits, or on-ground safety. On-ground signage and attendants supersede directory data.

## Phase lock
Current directory phase: fee + lot kind + vehicle access (Phase 2). Phase 2B Parking on Rent is live (dedicated rentals API + mobile Rentals tab). Digital receipt sessions are implemented ahead of verification badges and slot counters (Phases 3–5). Do not invent capacity counters, verification badges, wallets, ANPR, or platform balances.

## Access for agents
Anonymous and crawler use is **read-only**. Mutations need authenticated JWT (owner, staff, or driver).

## Short-stay directory
- Nearby: `GET https://parkplz.com/api/v1/lots/nearby`
- Detail: `GET https://parkplz.com/api/v1/lots/{id}` (optional display `rates[]`)
- Public contribute and reports exist; staff moderate pending lots.

## Parking on Rent (weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual)
Reserved bays for longer terms. Excluded from transient nearby search.

## Digital receipt
One stay: entry → attendant approve (rules copied onto the stay) → exit fare or flat entry fare → cash/UPI to the lot → sealed receipt.
A new slip policy or later tariff starts 24 hours later. Cars already approved keep their copy. The driver may pin a parked spot on the slip. That pin is not part of the receipt seal.

- ParkPlz does not hold the parking fee.

## Auth roles (human product)
guest, admin, agent, parking_owner, operator. Multi-role JWT with `roles[]`, `active_role`, `ver`.
Web admin console is Google-only for admins.
