1. Technology Platform Posture (LOCKED)

ParkPlz is strictly a technology platform and parking directory. ParkPlz has no liability for parking disputes, vehicle theft, property damage, permit validity, or on-ground safety at any listed parking facility.

2. Parking Rates & Information Accuracy

Displayed parking fees, operating hours, and vehicle compatibility rules (2W/4W) are provided for informational directory purposes based on open data, field agent surveys, and lot owner submissions. On-ground signage always supersedes directory data.

3. Public Contributions & Fair Use

Users submitting new parking spots or reporting inaccuracies must provide true and non-malicious information. Submissions are subject to rate limiting (30 submissions per 24 hours) and administrative review.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ParkPlz Inc., its founders, or operators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform services.
